General TermsAll Clients must be over the age of 18 in order to work with me for commissioned work.The Client cannot purchase works for or on behalf of users on my blacklist. I also will not work with characters designed by anyone on my blacklist.I reserve the right to refuse projects or requests for any reasoning without providing explanation to the Client.The Client acknowledges I do not work on commission work over my days off, some exceptions may apply.Final deliverables are provided using Email or Discord and will be discussed prior with the Client.Work completion times may vary depending on each project, position on the queue, and my personal affairs.Acknowledge that I do not deem myself as a “quick” artist. My Work can take weeks-months for completion. Harassment via private messages for immediate completion will be ignored and subject to cancellation of work.I work at my own pace and can work out of order of queue.

Payment and Fee'sAll Work prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).The Client must pay in full, up front before any Work is begun.Payment is to be made through Paypal invoice. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours, or the project will be canceled.You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.Rush fee's can be purchased for 20%-50% of the total Work, depending on how soon the piece is requested, complexity of the piece, and my discretion. Work complexity and price will factor in the total rush fee. Rush Fee's cannot be discounted and are subject to not always be available.Client warrants they will not issue chargebacks and refund policy will be followed. If I deem I cannot fulfill completion of the work I will issue a full refund.No refunds are possible after work begins unless initiated by myself or the due rush fee date has passed and the client can request it.

AcceptanceClients must be over 18 and legally able to agree to my contracted Terms of Service.Agreement by the Client is non-voluntary and it is assumed that all the terms have been read before any payment is received.Interaction with my work requires the user to be 16+ as a privilege. 18+ users may commission me on behalf of 16+ users so long as no NSFW is involved in the work. Once again, a privilege that can be revoked if used improperlyFailure to follow the specified terms may result in cancellation, blacklisting, or DMCA action depending on the severity of the offense.

BlacklistBlacklisted individuals may not have Works or Character Designs purchased for them or on behalf of them.Clients cannot pass on messages from Blacklisted individuals to me at any point.Appeals may be considered but won’t be automatically accepted.Blacklisting includes total and full revokage of personal and commercial rights to Works with no compensation provided due to breakage in Client/Artist TOS contract. Character Designs may be kept, but once resold cannot be returned to the Blacklisted individual for any reason.
